The Dogwood A Sign of Spring

Every year I watch the Masters Golf Tournament on TV. The biggest major in golf and the start of the golf season in my opinion. This tournament is also special because it highlights the return of life for those that enjoy the seasons. In Georgia this return to life is highlighted by the Dogwood. Across the state you can find this hardy tree that produces beautiful flowers this time of year. Along with the fabulous golf, every year at the Masters in Augusta, Georgia, the tournament reminds me of the beauty of spring. It brings me back to the azaleas and dogwoods of my youth.
