Taipei, is the capital of Taiwan. It is a city filled with culture and many fantastic points of interest. On a visit, along with the wealth of sites you see, be sure to take in the simple pleasures of this jewel in Asia. This picture illustrates the thousands (maybe millions) of scooters you will see on a visit. Take a ride from your hotel to the night market; when you stop at a traffic light suddenly you will be engulfed on all sides by “scooter nation.” Don’t be alarmed this is normal and not as chaotic as you may think.
